Integration process
Our integration process is built for teams that already have a model or scoring logic and need it to survive real traffic, on-call rotations, and compliance reviews.
Discovery and interface design
We start with a working session on your architecture diagram — not a slide deck. You walk us through training jobs, artifact storage, and the application paths that must call inference. We produce a short interface specification: endpoints, payloads, authentication, and error codes your client teams can implement against.
Build sprints with visible checkpoints
Implementation happens in time-boxed slices: a vertical slice that scores one record end-to-end, then hardening for batch volume, then observability. Each slice ends with a demo against your staging environment and a written note of open risks.
Verification before production keys
Load tests, schema fuzzing, and shadow traffic comparisons are run where your policy allows. We document parity gaps between offline metrics and live slices, and we do not flip production routes until you sign off on the checklist from the home page.
Handoff package
You receive repository links or patches, runbooks for deploy and rollback, and a concise operator guide. Optional follow-on hours can be quoted separately if you want pair programming during the first release week.
