Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid project-based consulting engaged with Signal Tensor Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 29576101), representative Lin Wei-Ting, info@signal-tensor.digital, +886-3-0000-1210.

Several durations below follow common Taiwan distance-selling practice (Consumer Protection Act seven-day withdrawal frame) and are proposed, pending business confirmation — see your signed statement of work for binding terms.

Seven-day withdrawal (unserved distance contracts)

Where Taiwanese consumer rules apply to a distance contract for services not yet performed, you may withdraw within seven days of contracting without stating a reason, unless an exception below applies.

Services already started at your request

If you expressly agree that we begin work within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that fees may apply to completed portions, withdrawal may be limited to unused prepaid amounts.

Milestone billing

Projects are typically invoiced per milestone in the SOW. Refunds for a milestone already accepted are not available except for documented non-delivery of agreed deliverables.

Cancellation by client

You may cancel future milestones with written notice. Work completed through the notice date remains billable. Deposits are applied to the final invoice unless the SOW specifies otherwise.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel for non-payment or material breach after notice. Prepaid fees for undelivered milestones will be refunded within thirty business days.

How to request a refund

Email info@signal-tensor.digital with your SOW reference, invoice number, and reason. We respond within ten business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, within fourteen business days of approval.
