Services

We provide project-based programming consulting focused on machine learning application integration. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a signed statement of work (SOW) or written agreement — not by general marketing copy on this website.

No guarantee of outcomes

Model performance depends on your data and operations. We commit to professional execution of agreed integration work, not to particular business metrics unless explicitly stated in a SOW.

Client responsibilities

You supply timely access to repositories, environments, credentials, and decision-makers. Delays caused by missing access may shift schedules and fees.

Intellectual property

Unless a SOW states otherwise, you retain ownership of your pre-existing materials. Deliverables created under a paid SOW are licensed or assigned as specified in that SOW.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted under Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from a SOW is limited to the fees paid for that SOW. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
